Plane: Arctic Sleigh

Arctic Sleigh is probably the second most powerful plane (first is Ice Dragon), although it's more versatile, especially when paired with one of the two sets of paired gears.  When paired with the Devil's Descent gear set it becomes a strong attack plane.  When paired with the Sled Companion gear set it becomes the strongest Command Center Defense plane if Garrisoned in the War Zone.

Recommendation:

You should choose whether you want your Arctic Sleigh to function as an attack plane or for Command Center Defense, then work to get the corresponding gear set.

Recommended Gears:

The Arctic Sleigh has two paired gear sets give special bonuses when equipped:

If those gear sets are unavailable, use a strong attack gear set:

Plane Special Skills:

Plane Special Skills are buffs that can be activated manually and last for a limited time. They have a "cool-off" period (which is usually 24 hours, but might be less) such that they can only be used once until the cooldown period expires. Many of these are quite powerful, one-time buffs that can be activated for the next attack. These skills are only available when you have maxed out the specific Plane's Attribute.  To activate the Special Skill, go to the Battlefield Screen and click the icon in the lower-left corner with an officer hat and a plane:

Arctic Sleigh has the Christmas Party Special Skill which, when activated, increases your copters' damage done for the next attack, with special bonuses for Christmas Airship troops.

NOTE: You do not have to use the Plane that has the Special Skill in your march in order to reap the benefits of that skill, you only need to activate it.  Put another way, you can activate the Special Skill for one plane and use a different plane and still get the benefit of that Special Skill.  I have verified this.

EXP needed to upgrade level:

Both the Ice Dragon and Arctic Sleigh require more EXP to upgrade their levels than all the other planes:
