Plastro's Command Post is a series of 20 standard Special Operations battles that increase in level. As you progress you can free whole officers (Martin, Bull, etc..) which are useful. At level 8 you should be able to complete the first three stages using 4 level 10 officers, and you might be able to win the third stage by a hair.
